OVERVIEW
This website is operated by Royalle Delights. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” "I" and “our” refer to Royalle Delights. Royalle Delights offers this website, including all information, tools and services available from this site to you, the user, conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies and notices stated here.

Please read these Terms of Service carefully before accessing or using our website. By accessing or using any part of the site, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all the terms and conditions of this agreement, then you may not access the website or use any services. If these Terms of Service are considered an offer, acceptance is expressly limited to these Terms of Service.

Our store is hosted on Wix.com. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you.

SECTION 1 - CONFIRMATION OF ORDER

Once your order has been paid for and a confirmation email has been received, your order has officially been added to the system.  However, your collection date and time stated at the time of purchase may not always be guaranteed. This would likely be due to no availability or an overlap with another customer. In this case, you will be contacted immediately to arrange an alternative date and/or time suitable for both of us. If this is not possible, you have the right to request your order be cancelled and refunded at that time. 


SECTION 2 - CANCELLATIONS
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.
All orders placed with 1 week or less until the date of collection or confirmed delivery, will only be able to cancel their order within 24 hours. Any cancellations after this point will result in loss of full payment and/or deposit, depending on payment type. If you have ordered more than 1 week in advance, you reserve the right to cancel your order within 24 hours for a full refund or any cancellations made after 24 hours but before 1 week of collection, 50% of the total will be refunded where possible. 

Custom orders that require the making or purchasing of personalised materials are unable to be refunded.

In circumstances beyond your control where you need to cancel, you can have your deposit retained for a new date within 3 months of the initial date. After this time, you will be required to pay a new deposit.  

SECTION 3 - COLLECTIONS - LATENESS
Due to the nature of the business and the need for storage space to work around multiple customers per day, your time slot will need to be stuck to. From the time stated on your order, you will have an allocated 30 minute window to collect within that time. A late fee will incur if you are late past this time. £5 for every 15 minutes, with risk of complete cancellation after an hour. Please be aware that we reserve the right to cancel any orders that are not collected after 1 hour has passed and if no contact has been made. If you're late for collection and I am unable to hold your order or have no availability to wait around, your order will be cancelled. 

 

If for any reason you arrive to collect and I am running late past the 30 min time slot, you will receive 15% off your next order for every 15 minutes and £5 back for the order you're collecting.

SECTION 4 - PRICING
Prices for our products are subject to change without notice.
We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue the Service (or any part or content thereof) without notice at any time.
We shall not be liable to you or to any third-party for any modification, price change, suspension or discontinuance of the Service.

SECTION 5 - CARE FOR PRODUCTS ON RECEIPT OF COLLECTION

 

We are not responsible for any products once they leave the premises. Please ensure you follow the relevant care instructions for your products as they are your sole responsibility once the handover is complete. No refunds will be given if any damage is made on your travels or the proper after-care was not followed. 

 

Cheesecakes can be on display for upto 4 hours before needing to be discarded. If on display or out of the fridge for less than 4 hours, they can still be returned to the fridge afterwards. However, once exceeding the 4 hour timeframe, please discard of them. 

 

Buttercream cakes are to be stored in the fridge up until an hour before intended use as prolonged time out of the fridge or in high heat temperatures will cause the buttercream to melt. 
 

Please keep boxed products in either the footwell or boot of your vehicle, but not on your lap as this can cause leaning or damage. Some items may come in a bag which are easier to transport, but please always keep the bag upright and avoid knocking into anything.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to update, change or replace any part of these Terms of Service by posting updates and changes to our website. It is your responsibility to check our website periodically for changes. Your continued use of or access to our website or the Service following the posting of any changes to these Terms of Service constitutes acceptance of those changes.
